RECREATIONAL CLASSES

Daytime Playtime

  • Daytime Playtime (Greencastle Only)

    • Daytime Playtime is a class that serves children ages 18 months- 4 years. This student-led session is held during the day and focuses on opportunities to strengthen gross motor skills through obstacle courses, ninja equipment, bounce house fun, foam pit play, trampoline time, music, and more! Parent/Guardian participation is required. Cell phone usage is prohibited during the session.

 

Preschool Recreation Program (ages 3-5 years)

  • Preschool Tumbling             

    • Does your child love to tumble?  Let’s develop gross motor skills through ever-changing obstacle courses, cardio exercises, intro tumbling skills, and game-filled flexibility training! 

  •  Ninja Tykes 

    • Does your kiddo LOVE a good challenge?  Multiple ninja classes are held at the same time so students can be divided by age, yet can enjoy challenging each other from time to time as they compete for race times!  Ninja class focuses on forward-moving motions, rolls, leaps, climbing, and jumps that students combine and put into action as they make their way through ever-changing obstacle courses, foam pits, rock wall patterns, and incline mats!  Suit up your ninja and join us today!​

Youth Recreation Program (ages 6-9 years)

  • Cheer FUNdamentals

    • Athletes ages 6-9 years old are encouraged to join us for an exciting class that develops into a half-season team in January!  We learn a fun warm-up routine that helps us keep our bodies healthy!  Warmups are followed by cardio skill activities, with a time devoted specifically to basic cheer-related routine skills, while ending the practice with team time! 

  • Beginner Tumbling

    • Tumbling is fun at every age!  It’s a fantastic way to teach our students about flexibility, stretching, and growing our muscles in a healthy, safe way!  Our tumbling curriculum ensures that student’s progress in an organized manner to ensure we are setting them up for success as they grow and learn more difficult skills along their tumbling journey!  Focus is on a variety of levels/skills. 

  • Ninja Turtles   

    • Does your kiddo LOVE a good challenge?  Check out our Ninja Turtle classes!  Multiple ninja classes are held at the same time so students can be divided by age, yet can enjoy challenging each other from time to time as they compete for race times!  Ninja class focuses on forward-moving motions, rolls, leaps, climbing, and jumps that students combine and put into action as they make their way through ever-changing obstacle courses, foam pits, rock wall patterns, and incline mats!  Suit up your ninja and join us today!

  • Private Tumbling

    • Are you looking for more individual training time?  Consider enrolling in Private Tumbling!  Class ratio is one coach per two students.  Private tumbling is scheduled monthly, so no long-term commitment.  Choose your own coach and class time.  Set a skills goal and let us help you achieve it!

  • Jump/Flexibility Class

    • Is your athlete looking to improve their cheer jumps and/or flyer flexibility? This class focuses on training their muscles and building their strength to help increase flexibility, jump technique, and overall body strength.

Junior Recreation Program (ages 9-12 years)

 

  • Beginner/Intermediate Tumbling (available up to age 18)
